clean room good toiletries friendly staff
My room included tea and coffee. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and the surroundings were beautiful,. ,,. I also found the toiletries provided of good quality.
The lift was not working so it was challenging to use the steep stairs with luggage

open door old furniture
the room i booked was large and had a seating area to relax, it included plenty of tea and coffee. the bathroom also had all the necessary amenities.
when i arrived, my room door wasn't completely shut. it was open when i got there and the following day it was open again. the cleaning staff did not refill the shower gel, even after i requested it at reception. furniture looked old and scratched.

friendly staff great location amazing architecture
The staff was consistently friendly and helpful . The location is superb with easy access to the underground station. The building has amazing architecture with grand stairways and rosette details around the lighting fixtures. I was impressed by the overall ambiance of the hotel.
The lift was a bit slow at times.

Wonderful Stay near Gloucester Road
excellent location excellent service clean room
The location was excellent. It's very close to the Gloucester Road station and many restaurants. I especially appreciate the hotel's proximity to Hyde Park. The staff members were also friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service. I was grateful for the clean room.
The lift was quite small, it barely fits two adults or one person with a suitcase.
